Warranty

Our Warranty Policy helps you stay covered in case of defects in material, design and workmanship after purchase of the product.

Our products are rigorously tested to meet stringent standards.  Consequently, if a problem occurs and is caused by manufacturer defects in material and workmanship, we will discretionally, either repair or replace the product in accordance with the manufacturer’s warranty terms and conditions.

We offer:

• Lifetime warranty on all wheeled products (spinners , rolling duffles) on selected collections.

• 5-year warranty on travel or office items without wheels (duffles , garment sleeves , business backpack , briefcases).

• 2-year warranty on items such as handbags , shoulder bag casual backpacks , wallets , accessories.

Our warranty does not cover deterioration due to use, damage caused to the product due to improper use (example: carrying unusual objects), heat exposure, contact with acids or solvents, water infiltration, or damage caused during transportation.  Also, it does not cover damage caused by common carriers such as airlines and trainlines. When retrieving luggage after a flight or train journey, please check it carefully and, if it had been mishandled, immediately file a claim with the airline or trainline.  Most major airlines and trainlines are insured to cover damage caused due to mishandled luggage.

Warranty repairs will be carried out by authorized service centers.  In instances where products are bought through a seller that is not us, we are not liable to service such warranty claims and the terms of the respective seller’s warranty will apply.

The original invoice is required to verify the serial number and validate the warranty period to benefit from warranty services.

Not all products are covered by the warranty, always check the product listing to know if it includes warranty benefits.

Repair or replacement under the terms of this warranty does not provide right to extension or renewal of the warranty period.

If your item cannot be repaired but is still under the manufacturer's warranty, we will issue a replacement.  I, if a replacement is not available, we you will replace your item with another item of  similar value article from the available items.

The customer shall ensure that the item is packed in its original box or wrapped safely to avoid any damage during transit.  If the packaging is not done safely which leads to damage, Brics.ae will not be responsible for the same and the claimed item will be returned to the customer without servicing.

WARRANTY COVERAGE IS VALID ONLY WITH THE PROOF OF PURCHASE. IN CASE OF NO VALID FORM OF PROOF OF PURCHASE, THE WARRANTY DOES NOT APPLY
Purchase store receipt or online order confirmation are the only valid proof of purchase. This is required to demonstrate the warranty coverage (the date of purchase, the cost of the product). Additionally, this will serve as proof that the purchase happened at an authorized BRIC’S retailer.
BRIC’S warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the product proven defective and does not cover damaging caused to the product. The warranty does not cover possible direct or indirect damages arising because of a defect of the product (example: loss of or damage to its content).
